Management Team
President
John Karns joined ContentFast after over a decade
in the Financial Services industry. While at Smith Barney, in New York City, John
was first an institutional analyst; then he a co-managed both a Small Capitalization
Growth fund ($750M) and a Large Capitalization Variable Annuity product ($300M).
In 1998 John moved to Denver, Colorado to join Denver Investment Advisors as a
Portfolio Manager. In 2001 he became a partner. During his tenure at Denver Investment
Advisors John managed the Westcore Small Cap Growth mutual fund. John left in
2003 to join Agger Capital, a hedge fund located in Englewood.
From 1986
through 1990 he managed computing and data center operations, first for Thomson
McKinnon, LLC, a private investment bank, which subsequently sold its data operations
in 1989; then for ADP's BIS Group, which was the acquirer. John is a Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Association for Investment Management
and Research. He earned his MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School
of Business and his bachelors' degrees in both Computer Science and Economics
from Iowa State University.
VP of Business Development
Craig Dinan manages the company's business development and sales channel development.
Prior to joining ContentFast, Mr. Dinan was the Chief Financial Officer at a software
and information technology services company serving broker-dealers. Before joining
that firm, Mr. Dinan spent over ten years in finance-related roles with NCR Corporation,
Symbios Logic, StorageTek, and ManagedStorage International. Mr. Dinan also created
Flexible Designs, Inc., a financial services company serving over 300 banks nationwide
and a web-based office products company, both of which continue to operate profitably.
Mr. Dinan has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A.
from Colorado State University.
VP of Technology
Matt Pressman plans and directs the company's technology and product development
efforts. Prior to founding ContentFast, Mr. Pressman held a variety of positions
creating and delivering technology to the financial services industry. His responsibilities
included creating enterprise software and developing knowledge management software.
Mr. Pressman also founded Infodatix, Inc.
